Our attorney (Eli Noff) was unfailingly patient and pleasant, always available to explain what was happening and address our concerns. He always went the extra mile, was accommodating and available, and did the research and made the contacts that were so successful in the resolution. I felt it was a joint effort, where we shared ideas and learnings as we moved forward.
