- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had to stop by the one in GB before I decided to drive all the way down to Annapolis , I have never seen anything like this in my life ever the worst customer service ever , the lady kept talking to me like I'm from a different planet and repeating what what like she doesn't understand what I'm saying even though I speak four languages, she didn't even process my papers , but in Annapolis I was interviewed by two sweet ladies and I would love to mention their names Linda belcher and Jennifer mcnaolty , such an amazing experience they explained everything told me what I have to do from A to Z made me an appointment next day everything was smooth easy and perfect , I will always recommend Annapolis to everyone I knowBy Ramez Hamad, April 01, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆SO much more organized, open, and clean compared the the Glen Burnie MVA. Went here to take my road test, was a little confusing finding which station or desk to sign in at since it changes everytime I visit. Wait time to take the test took forever. Didn't receive a ticket when signing in due to the number of cars already waiting outside. Took 30 minutes to receive a ticket and another hour to get through the line waiting to be tested out back. Tester was monotonous and sounded bored but was never rude. Passed the test, so am satisfied.By Vextine Snow, October 02, 2016
